Welcome to Dressly AI! By using our Instagram virtual try-on bot ("Service"), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
Dressly AI is an AI-powered virtual try-on service accessible via Instagram Direct Messages (@dressly.ai). Users can upload their own photo and an outfit image to generate a try-on result. The Service is provided on a pay-per-use credit system.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Dressly AI. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement.
• Each try-on requires credits.
• Credits are available for purchase at dressly.kungcorp.io.
• Pricing: $5 for 35 credits, $15 for 120 credits, $50 for 410 credits.
• Payments are securely processed by Stripe.
• Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and do not expire.
You agree not to:
• Upload explicit, illegal, or harmful images.
• Misuse the Service for impersonation, harassment, or fraud.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or attempt to interfere with the Service.
Dressly AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Generated try-on results are simulations only. They do not guarantee actual clothing fit, size, or appearance. We are not responsible for purchase decisions made based on try-on results.
Dressly AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for:
• Inaccuracies in try-on results.
• Service interruptions or errors.
• Any damages resulting from use of the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
